Workspaces and roles
Your team works together in a workspace. Each member has a role, and some actions are limited to workspace Owners and Admins, such as connecting or disconnecting integrations and managing data sources. If you can't see a feature or a button is unavailable, ask a workspace Owner or Admin to check your role and your plan.
The AllFactors AI
Ask the AI questions about your marketing and revenue data in plain language. Answers can cite the sources they came from, such as the calls or documents in your Knowledge base. If an answer looks wrong or incomplete, check that the data you are asking about is connected and loaded, then rephrase your question with a time period or specific names.
Integrations
Connect your tools under Integrations in the sidebar. A connection belongs to the workspace, so it stays connected if the person who set it up leaves. If a connection shows Needs reconnect, click Reconnect on its card and approve every permission requested.
AllFactors Call Transcripts loads the calls your team logs in HubSpot into AllFactors, so you can ask the AllFactors assistant about calls, objections and customer conversations. It only reads from HubSpot and never changes anything there.
HubSpot questions
Who can connect HubSpot?
A workspace Owner or Admin
Why can't the assistant find a call?
Calls are searchable only after they are loaded into the Call transcripts source, and only if HubSpot has a transcript for them. Load the period you want on the Call transcripts card in Knowledge, or turn on Index new calls automatically.
The HubSpot connection says "Needs reconnect".
The connection expired, the app was uninstalled in HubSpot, or a permission is missing. Click Reconnect on the HubSpot calls card under Integrations > HubSpot, and approve every permission.
How do I disconnect or uninstall?
Disconnect in AllFactors under Integrations > HubSpot, or uninstall the app in HubSpot under Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps. The setup guide explains both and what happens to your data.
What does the HubSpot integration do with my data?
It reads HubSpot calls, their owners and their transcripts. It never downloads recording audio and never writes to HubSpot. Owners and Admins can remove calls at any time: exclude a single call, or remove a load. Disconnecting HubSpot doesn't by itself remove calls already loaded. To have AllFactors AI delete everything loaded from HubSpot, email [email protected].
